3. AI Features & No Training on Customer Data
We do not use customer design content, emails, prompts, or generated assets to train foundational AI models. Any inputs submitted through our AI Assistant features are processed through enterprise API tiers with zero data retention and strict confidentiality guarantees.
4. Data Security & SOC 2 Compliance
Unlayer maintains SOC 2 Type II certified technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of customer data. All communication in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
