License Agreement • Unlayer Inc.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Unlayer grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed the Unlayer SDK and access the Unlayer APIs within Customer's own software applications in accordance with their subscription tier.
2. Acceptable Use
Customer agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the underlying binary assets of the service, nor use the service to generate unsolicited bulk spam or violate anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
3. Service Level Agreement & Support
Unlayer provides a 99.9% uptime SLA for Scale and Optimize plans, and customized 99.99% SLAs with dedicated TAM support for Enterprise agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
Customer retains 100% ownership and intellectual property rights in all designs, templates, text, images, and content created by its end users within the editor.
